1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations, bookings and stays at the Chambre d'h\u00f4tes Tr\u00e9sor en Bois.<\/p>\n
1.2 By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
2.1 A reservation is final once we have confirmed the booking in writing (by e-mail).<\/p>\n
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse a reservation if there is any doubt about the origin or accuracy of the request.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
3.1 When booking, a deposit of 25% of the total stay is due.<\/p>\n
3.2 The deposit must be paid within 7 days; if not, the reservation may be cancelled.<\/p>\n
3.3 The remaining amount will be paid on arrival, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n
3.4 The bill for extras (drinks, tourist tax, meals, etc.) will be paid on departure.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
4.1Cancellation by guest:<\/p>\n
Up to 60 days before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable, no fees.<\/p>\n
60 to 30 days before arrival: 5% will be deducted from the deposit and 20% will be refunded.<\/p>\n
30 to 7 days before arrival: the deposit (25%) will be retained.<\/p>\n
7 days to arrival \/ No-show: 100% of the total stay will be charged.<\/p>\n
4.2 Cancellation by the accommodation<\/p>\n
In exceptional cases (e.g. force majeure), the accommodation may cancel. The guest will receive a full refund of the deposit, or an alternative date will be offered by mutual agreement.<\/p>\n
4.3 Changes in dates: dates can be changed free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
5.1 Check-in is possible between 16:00 and 20:00 (unless otherwise agreed in advance).<\/p>\n
5.2 Check-out no later than 11 a.m.<\/p>\n
5.3 A fee may be charged for late check-out.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
6.1 The guest should treat Tr\u00e9sor en Bois and inventory with care.<\/p>\n
6.2 Damage caused by the guest must be compensated.<\/p>\n
6.3 No additional persons are allowed to stay overnight without the prior consent of Tr\u00e9sor en Bois.<\/p>\n
6.4 Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n
6.5 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the buildings.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
7.1 Breakfast is included at the Chambre d'h\u00f4tes unless otherwise stated. Breakfast is not included at the g\u00eetes.<\/p>\n
7.2 Use of garden, swimming pool and other facilities is at your own risk.<\/p>\n
7.3 Children must be supervised at all times.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
8.1 Tr\u00e9sor en Bois is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' property.<\/p>\n
8.2 Tr\u00e9sor en Bois is not liable for bodily injury caused during the stay, unless due to gross
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 negligence.<\/p>\n
8.3 Tr\u00e9sor en Bois is not responsible for disruptions in water, electricity or internet that are beyond its control.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
9.1 Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for booking and administration purposes.<\/p>\n
9.2 Data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by French law.<\/p>\n
10.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where the B&B is located.<\/p>\n
